NPR's interview with Michael Bennet, newly appointed senator from Colorado.  Most recently Bennet was the superintendent of public schools in Denver.  His efforts to turn around Denver's most poorly performing schools brought him into the national limelight.  Here he comments on several topics, including his views on NCLB and how we (the American education system) use testing and assessment.

What are your thoughts about the upcoming reauthorization of NCLB and the current uses of high stakes testing??
