Beginning Again

well, it's the beginning of a new trimester.  new classes. new instructors. more observations.  very exciting.  more than a bit overwhelming.  i'm going to try to keep building on the web tools we learned about last tri.  don't want to forget or lose any of the toddler skills i might have acquired. but will i manage to keep up with the course work and continue the blogging?  it's only the first week and already i feel as though i'm not quite on top of everything!!

oh well, what was it that C. S Lewis said?? something about 60 minutes per hour is the speed at which everyone approaches life or the future??  or something like that.  can't rush time or slow it down.

  1. always thought provoking. challenging what i know, what i want to know, and what i learn. I couldn't find that ts eliot quote anywhere, but i did find this uncanny account with an eliot reference at the end.

check out the topic and then the date. and then check out the source. time, indeed.

  2. very unsettling. were we just tired of reacting to all the dangerous fruit and did someone decide that threats to air travel must not really be an issue? thanks for the link to think on.

i found the 60 minute quote at this site, but i can't find where it is from origionally.

  4. and there i go blundering along through the wilderness again---pouring out names without stopping to think. 2 totally different people w/totally different names. must remember to stop and think. . . does this make sense? is it a logical statement? then again, will i recognize my own illogic, nonsense or mis-namings of individuals?!?
